Capital Futures Corporation

Capital Futures Corp. was founded and reinvested by Capital Securities in 1997. It mainly provides domestic futures clearing and settlement services, domestic/foreign futures brokerage business, securities IB service, leverage trading, futures consultancy service, and derivative financial product developments. Capital Futures roots in Taiwan and also actively connects to the world. Including its subsidiary in HK, Capital Futures has acquired Clearing and Trading Memberships in twelve worldwide futures exchanges. Capital Futures is the first FCM in Taiwan approved as an agency and proprietary trading dual memberships of SGX-DT, as well as the first company acquired four corporate memberships of the CME Group, such as CME, CBOT, NYMEX, and COMEX, and the first Taiwanese NYSE Liffe Member under the NYSE Euronext Exchange Group. In addition, Capital Futures is also a Trading Participant of Eurex and a Member Firm of ICE Futures US and ICE Futures Europe besides holding a General Clearing Member License of TAIFEX and Clearing Participant of Hong Kong Futures Exchange and Clearing House. Moreover, Capital Futures is committed to be the innovator and pioneer of Fintech business among competitors and it is the first leverage trading merchant approved by the Central Bank to conduct business of FX margin trading in 2016. Through 20 years of effort, in 2017, Capital Futures became the first futures company in Taiwan whose stocks successfully listed on Taiwan Securities Exchange (Stock code: 6024) and its capital reached to NT$1,760 million.
